1. How does the product work?

A: The product generates heat energy through an exothermic reaction between metal powder and water. The heat energy thus generated heats the surface of the food pouch and this heat is transferred to the packed food.

2. Will the reaction cause damage to the packaging or food pouch?

A: The reaction will not cause any harm to the packaging material or the food pouch. InstaHot heats the food pouch at temperatures lesser than 95 °C.

3. Are the chemicals safe?

A: All the chemicals are safe and non-toxic.
